HOW TO GET USED TO HIGH HEELS

Step #1 is to Get Ready

Before switching to higher heels of 5 five or more inches, begin wearing low heels like two inches daily to get your leg muscles and feet used to it.


Step #3 is Remembering the Heel Type

You choose the height, and you must be aware of the type you wear. Not all heels are made equal. Some heels are easiest and most convenient, while others are not. Strappy and chunky heels are easier to create balance while walking than skinny heels. So, the choice is yours!


Step #4 is Breaking them In

That's the ultimate challenge. Breaking in heels, so they are your proper fit is really necessary. There are several methods of breaking in heels. Here are a few:

  • You can place a pouch of ice-cold water in your shoes.
  • You can blow dry your footwear so they stretch a little bit.
  • You can bend and twist them. They'll be stretched that way and will be easier to put on.
  • You can stuff a newspaper in your heels when you are not wearing them.

Step #5 is Allowing Your Feet To Rest & Breathe

Make sure to always get yourself a pair of flat shoes when you are wearing heels. Suffering for fashion holds no value. Even an expert heel wearer occasionally has to tap out, so you must have flats to slip on when heels become unbearable.
